A: Anyone calling from inside Australia can use our free overseas phone calls service - our access number is not accessible from overseas.

Q: How will I be billed for the international calls I make?

A: Your normal phone provider will charge you. You will not receive a bill directly from CherryCall. Eg If you are a Telstra customer then Telstra will charge you for calling our access number. We recommend you call from your mobile phone, and use the inclusive minutes you get each month with your contract - this way, your overseas calls will be totally free!

Q: Do I need to register or make any prepayments before I can use your service?

A: No, No, and No! All you need to do is dial the CherryCall access number, 4242 15551 to start making free international calls.. There are no accounts to set up, and no need to make any prepayment.
